In this course you will develop your German skills according to your wishes and requirements, whatever your current language level may be. Living with your teacher’s family, you will experience the challenge of speaking and listening to German throughout the day, though your personal language advisor will be with you to support your learning whenever required. Example: Weekly plan with full board 

You will normally arrive on Sunday afternoon and leave on Saturday morning. If you have booked a course of 2 or more weeks, you can  look forward to a day trip on Sunday.

You will have 20*​​45 minutes of lessons from Monday to Friday in the morning. You will also have plenty of practical language sessions at all mealtimes and during social time in the evenings, sitting comfortably in a beer garden, a brewery or at home. While enjoying leisure activities with your teacher, their family and friends, you will also be continually speaking and listening to German. Everyone around you will offer you countless opportunities to speak German outside the classroom. That’s what makes Home Tuition such an experience – the opportunity to speak German in completely natural situations day and night!

While we offer you many opportunities to speak German, it is entirely up to you how many activities you do and how much time you have to yourself. We offer the activities and you select what you like!

Price includes:

• Transfer to and from the station in the town of study
• Registration fee, placement test and course material
• 20*45 minutes of 1-1 lessons with a private teacher
• Tailored activity programme: 1x short stroll or bike ride, 1x sightseeing, 1x walk, 1x dinner at a restaurant/brewery, day trip (for courses of 2+ weeks)
• Practical sessions at all meals
• Social time at the end of the day
• Attractive single room with private toilet, bathroom or shared walk-in shower
• Balanced meals with full or half board
• Certificate of attendance based on the CEFR
• Significant progress in speaking German

Price does not include

• Transfer to and from the airport
• Entrance fees and rental (e.g. bike rental)
• Lunch on Saturday, and either lunch or dinner on the Sunday excursion
